Infrastructure self-service platform development for an Enterprise Travel customer

As part of the Platform Engineering team, I designed a robust self-service platform for our developers. It was meant to accelerate project development by utilizing common infrastructural patterns, reference architecture boilerplate repositories, robust Datadog observability templates, and an AI MCP server for consulting. Archived goals: * Standardized reusable GitHub Actions and workflows * Refactored Terraform modules, improved usability, test coverage, and support for the AI MCP server documentation * Designed a robust self-service customer portal based on DataDog self-service apps and Lambdas * Implemented a robust MCP server with Entra ID auth and connected it to our knowledge base * Updated boilerplate reference architecture to support templating via the Self-Service portal
